Film Festivals & Event Coordinators

Are you interested in screening Zero or The Maker at your festival or event? If so, thank you – we genuinely appreciate your interest and support.

We have a few conditions we ask you to agree to before proceeding. If you are happy with them, we would love to have our films represented at your event.

Conditions

  1. 1.Invitations to submit must come with fee waivers – no entry fees.
  2. 2.We are unable to send DVD screeners for preview purposes, particularly given that both films are freely available to watch online.
  3. 3.Marketing materials for each film are available to download from the Press Release tab on their respective pages. You are welcome to use the images, text, and trailers to promote the screening at your event. If you require anything additional, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
  4. 4.We are unable to complete film festival submission or application forms on your behalf.
  5. 5.You agree to screen our films solely for the purposes of your festival or event. Broadcasting on TV, including on a DVD for sale or distribution, or uploading the film online in part or in full is not permitted.
  6. 6.You may not alter the film in any way, including truncating the credits.
  7. 7.If you would like to screen Zero or The Maker at a film festival, you are required to purchase the 1080p version for USD $4.99. This grants you unlimited screenings for the duration of the festival dates (not to exceed two weeks). You will still need to contact us for permission and advise us of the screening location – this simply allows us to keep track of where our films are being shown.
  8. 8.If you wish to re-screen one of our films after the festival – for example, as part of a Best Of programme or at a different venue at a later date – you must contact us for permission and pay an additional USD $4.99 licence fee.
  9. 9.Please do not email requesting a waiver of the USD $4.99 fee on the basis of limited budget or not-for-profit status. We understand the challenges of independent production firsthand, and this modest fee helps us continue making work we are proud of.
  10. 10.For screenings outside of a festival context – including TV, cinema, exhibition, gallery, or other events – please contact us with your details to discuss a licensing fee. Please include as much information as possible, including event start and end dates and whether the event is commercial or not for profit.

Thank you for your understanding – we hope to hear from you soon.
